Shortbread
Christmas explosion of art! We are continuing with the planetary theme and you may recognize some planets, stars, galaxies, black holes and other various interplanetary bodies among the decorations this year.
Ingredients
| 2 cups | flour, sifted |
| 1 cup | cornstarch, sifted |
| 1 cup | powdered sugar, sifted |
| 1 metric pinch | salt |
| 1.25 cups | butter |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix with a pastry cutter.
- Roll dough to the thickness of 1/8" and cut shapes with cookie cutters or a knife.
- Decorate and bake for 7-10 minutes.
